The staff at Apart Hotel Pico Bonito were very friendly and kind. They went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival by allowing us to change our included breakfast to a delicious dinner. The location of the hotel is perfect for those heading to the Bay Islands, as it is close to the airport and avoids the need to enter the city center. The pool was also a fantastic feature, adding to the overall enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Apart Hotel Pico Bonito for its hospitality and convenient location.
Despite a pleasant stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The bed could have been softer, and there was a slight humidity smell in the rooms.

Had an amazing New Year's stay at a hotel located just a short walk from the airport. the staff was so hospitable and friendly, going the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. the highlight of the trip was definitely the fantastic pool, which provided hours of entertainment for the family. we were thrilled to discover that a light dinner was provided for us since we couldn't enjoy the free breakfast due to our early flight. it was an excellent experience.
The bed could have been softer. the hotel was located on the outskirts of town, making it quite far from the city center and other major attractions.

Private parking and a fantastic pool are the only good things I can say about this hotel. The pool was nice to relax in before and after Xmas day and the parking lot never got too crowded.
The staff were slow, didn't make me feel welcome, and were disinterested in helping me out. The rooms had a strong smell of humidity, stain bed sheets, dingy bathroom walls, and a shower that needed fixing.
